Job Description
The Business Listings Representative will be tasked with updating and correcting business listings across various directories. Additionally, the Business Listings Representative will be responsible for claiming businesses on behalf of our clients across various websites, and liaising with both the directory organization and the client. The ideal candidate will be experienced in data clean up and be tech savvy, while demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Responsible for the data clean up of business listings in behalf of a specific brand or group of brands (our clients)
- Using our proprietary software product, the Business Listings Representative will correct inaccuracies for business listings across multiple directories
- Claiming business listings across various directories on behalf of our clients, and ensure their information is accurately displayed
- Liaise with various directory organizations and with Connectivity’s clients to ensure business listings are accurate across the directories
- Any other task or project assigned by management
Qualifications
- Previous experience with data entry/ clean up preferred
- Able to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
- Highly motivated and self-driven to achieve results in line with targets, goals and set deadlines
- Able to work effectively within a team and independently
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills are essential
- Excellent computer skills, tech savvy, proficiency with Mac & Google products
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
