Construction Health & Safety Services, a subsidiary of JAJOVO Enterprise, Inc. provides first-aid and safety services to construction sites in the United States. We are focused exclusively on construction sites, which means we understand the requirements and wishes of the General Contractor; we will reduce your risk by providing aggressive first-aid treatment along with focused safety management. CHSS will augment your current safety program by assisting your SSHO with minor routine tasks, which will allow your SSHO to concentrate on the most important tasks: building a culture of safety and ensuring ever worker returns home injury/illness free.

**This is a Part-Time position**

The Site Safety Medic is responsible for the health and safety of the construction site. You will work closely with the general contractor’s Site Safety Manager and provide world-class patient care while ensuring patient safety and confidentiality. You will also manage the follow-up care to make certain the patient receives appropriate care for a rapid recovery. In addition to the health responsibilities, you will act as a site safety officer to ensure workers are performing their duties in a safe and compliant manner. As an ambassador of safety, you will also conduct site safety orientations along with daily safety walks. This position requires someone who is detailed oriented and can work independently.

• Current Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification (California State)
• Current CPR Provider
• Proficient with MS Office, primarily: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Proficient with Apple’s iOS platform
• Flexible Schedule

Desired Qualifications

• OSHA 30 hour
• Safety Trained Supervisor through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP).
• 6 years emergency medical experience
• CPR/First Aid Instructor
• Previous construction experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
