Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our corporate office personnel . Responsibilities will include general office duties, taking corporate meeting minutes, scheduling or coordinating meetings or events, answer incoming calls and handle correspondences. This will include interaction both by phone and in person with the public. This position will engage in several tasks as directed.
Qualifications
High School Diploma.
Proficient in MS Office, Email and the internet.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving, and the ability to work with confidential documents.
