Job Description

As a Learning Business Partner (LBP), you will play a pivotal role in transforming our organization into a learning powerhouse. You will partner with internal customers to develop and implement innovative training solutions that drive business results and cultivate a learning-centric culture aligned with Continental's Learning Philosophy.

Qualifications

 

  • Partner with Content Owners/Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) throughout the entire training development lifecycle, from initial concept to implementation.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and Learning Designers to identify the most effective learning formats and approaches for each training need.
  • Participate in the curation of learning programs and provide guidance for program development.
  • Adept at project management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
  • Champion the use of cutting-edge learning technologies and ensure the implementation of future-oriented learning strategies.
  • Facilitate the capture of learning objectives and translate them into actionable training concepts and programs.
  • Work closely with internal customers to clarify content, navigate administrative processes, and ensure a smooth learning experience.
  • Oversee the transfer of training concepts into the implementation phase, ensuring successful program delivery.
  • Develop and refine training concepts based on global Learning Design Processes.
  • Support Learning Designers in creating engaging and effective training materials.
  • Implement various training delivery models, ensuring the most effective format reaches the target audience.
  • Maintain a focus on quality by tracking and reporting on learning outcomes.
  • Drive positive change within the organization by promoting a culture of continuous learning.
