Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Car Dealer Manager to oversee our operations in the western region of India, based in Pune. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow our dealership network across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Goa.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and market share in the western region
  • Manage and motivate a team of dealership staff, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities across multiple dealerships
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, vendors, and customers
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies in dealership operations
  • Monitor and optimize financial performance of dealerships, including budgeting and expense control
  • Implement and manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to enhance customer experience and loyalty
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to improve team skills and productivity
  • Travel frequently to dealerships within the western region to provide on-site support and guidance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in automotive sales or dealership management, with a proven track record of successful sales leadership
  • In-depth knowledge of the Indian automotive market, particularly in the western region (MH, GJ, AP, TL, GA)
  • Strong understanding of automotive industry trends, sales techniques, and customer service best practices
  • Excellent team management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit optimization
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and inventory management tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Automotive Management Certification (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the western region
