Job Description

  • Define the department's strategy and ensure it is executed                                                         
  • Analysis of consumption potential of Continental channels
  • Identify, research and prospect new partners
  • Feasibility analyzis considering Continental gains, channels and partners
  • Definition and measurement of metrics for each agreement by partner
  • Strengthen the current trade policy
  • Strengthen Marketing and Communication actions with the support of the external agency and internal digital media                                                                                              
  • Manage contracts for current and new partnerships
  • Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
  • Define the department's strategy and ensure it is executed

  • Indirect lead the Sales Development and Business Analytics analysts participating on the yealy strategy
  • Coach the Sales Community on the Business Development area
  • Lead Business Development department and bring innovative ideas to improve sales and profit.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering or related fields. MBA is a plus.
Professional proficiency in English (desirable).

Experience in automotive and autoparts industry.

Knowledge on project management and agile methodologies.

Proactive and able to work with multiple priorities.
Solid business acumen and ability to translate stakeholder needs into results and initiatives.
Strong oral and written communication skills and able to speak to all levels of the organization.
Strong skills on problem solving.
Innovative thinking and entrepreneural spirit.
