Job Description

Warehouse & Transportation

 

  • Receiving of materials
  • Shipping of materials
  • Ensure proper packaging for materials
  • Inventory accuracy check( incl. cycle stock taking)
  • Main team for control of inventory and inventory adjustments with root cause analysis
  • The movement of materials from warehouse to production
  • Ensure proper movement of materials FIFO
  • Ensure materials are correctly assigned to bins/slots and put away correctly
  • Supports Material Planning with constant evaluation of shelf life
  • Transportation coordination
  • Inbound/outbound shipment coordination
  • Tenders if local
  • Handles shipment damages and discrepancies
  • External providers

 

Production Planning

  • Perform regular production planning and control processes (production program planning, production scheduling, production sequencing, production activity control, PPC review)
  • Inventory planning WIP and FG
  • Midterm capacity planning and coordinate and escalate capacity issues 
  • Production backlog management 
  • Alignment with production

       .      PP related master data maintenance (lead times, shift model

 

Material Planning

 

  • Material planning (budget, FC,….), ordering (disposition, purchase requisition) and monitoring of supply
  • Support supplier management (provide data, info's on deliveries like supplier OTIF, quantities, quality/claims) to PUR (supplier development) and to Quality (Supplier Quality Management)
  • Inventory planning and management RM incl. shelf-life, excess/obsolete materials
  • Owner for de-bottlenecking, active escalation 
  • Risk mitigation for RM supply
  • RM related master data maintenance
