Job Description
We are looking for a Real Estate Manager (m/f/diverse), to support our area Automotive Finance and Controlling at the location in Frankfurt am Main or in Hannover Stöcken. You will lead strategic project management for corporate real estate initiatives, including property acquisitions, leases, and dispositions.
Your tasks will focus on the following activities:
- Developing and maintaining robust relationships with key stakeholders, including locations, landlords, tenants, brokers, and other external partners
- Overseeing and negotiating complex lease agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies
- Collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align real estate strategies with organizational goals and objectives
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of the real estate portfolio, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, and implement best practices for compliance
- Providing comprehensive updates and strategic reports to executive management on real estate activities, performance, and market trends
- Maintaining and enhancing the real estate database, ensuring data integrity, and accuracy for informed decision-making
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Academic degree in business studies or comparable studies with real estate reference
- Experience in real estate essential
- Very good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint) and MS PowerBI
- Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken), additional language skills are an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
