We provide a personalized publishing platform that helps executives tell their story and build their community through blogging, e-books, and social media. We currently serve the financial services, executive coaching, leadership development consulting, and alternative healthcare industries. Creelio's services are purchased as a subscription service.

Creelio does this by delivering high-quality, on message content that matches our subscriber's voice, keeps them in control of their message, and consistently engages their community. We differentiate our company in the content marketing space with our proprietary listening, approval, and impact measurement processes and mobile technology platform, which enables our subscribers to review and approve Creelio's content recommendations anytime, anywhere.

Our team members have the opportunity to grow their writing, social media, content marketing, and client management skills in a fast-paced technology-driven environment. They will work closely with Creelio's founders and support the growth of the company. Our ideal candidate is someone with sophisticated writing and editing skills and customer service and management experience. Prior work writing for C-suite executives and consultants is a bonus, as is marketing/advertising agency experience.

A Senior Content Specialist is a key member of Creelio's content development and delivery team. The position requires strong writing and editing skills, content planning, and customer management skills. Creelio is a customized content platform helping executives advance their online first impression through blogs and social media. The ideal candidate should have a sophisticated writing style and at least three years of experience with copywriting, editing, and content development. Familiarity with Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook are also valued skills.

A Senior Content Specialist manages 10-15 subscribers, which entails developing content ideas for blogs and newsletters, recruiting and managing a team of freelance writers, editing for grammar, voice, and style, deploying social media strategies to grow the customers' influence, and serving as the point person with assigned customers.

We are looking for candidates with strong people skills and a desire to build lasting relationships with Creelio's customers. This is a fast paced startup environment. Candidates need to be able to think on their feet and pitch in where needed on the team.

All candidates that make it through our initial phone screening will complete a writing test, an editing test, and an archetype/personality test. If the test results are acceptable, candidates will be invited for an in-person interview with multiple members of the Creelio founding team.

The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in English, Creative Writing, Journalism, Strategic Communications, Theater, Fine Arts, Psychology, and/or Business Marketing. At least 3 years of experience in a role that wrote, edited, or managed content (articles, social media). Writing and/or editing for a publication is a plus. A previous position in a marketing/advertising agency is valued. Experience with financial services and/or healthcare industries is another plus. We also find individuals with acting/theater experience are also successful in this position.
