Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you are a critical player within our Digital Marketing team, focused on enhancing our online presence through effective SEO and CRO strategies. This involves implementing landing page A/B tests, executing technical SEO updates, and conducting user experience reporting to optimize website conversion rate performance.  

To be an ideal candidate, you should be passionate about digital marketing and have a strong understanding of various digital platforms and techniques. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns to promote our products/services and enhance our brand presence online. 

You will also:

  • Implement landing page A/B testing to help improve user experience and website conversion rates. 
  • Execute marketing campaigns across various channels like social media, email, and search engine marketing (SEM) 
  • Conduct Search Engine Optimization (SEO) technical updates on WordPress, ensuring alignment with best practices for visibility and ranking. 
  • Utilize digital marketing tools such as Unbounce, CrazyEgg, HotJar, SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, Yext, and Surfer SEO for website analysis and optimization. 
  • Prepare detailed user experience reports, identifying improvement areas for site usability and engagement. 
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify target audience demographics, preferences, and behavior patterns 
  • Collaborate with marketing and web development teams to align website strategy with broader digital marketing objectives. 
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools 
  • Keep abreast of SEO, CRO, and digital marketing trends to apply best practices and innovative strategies. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field - OR Equivalent relevant professional experience 
  • Two to four (2-4) years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and website optimization. 
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on SEO and CRO. 
  • Proficient in using WordPress, Unbounce, CrazyEgg, HotJar, SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, Yext, Surfer SEO, and similar platforms. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software 

Preferred, but not required, experience: 

  • Experience in using data analysis tools for digital marketing and websites. 
  • Certification in digital marketing or related fields (e.g., Google Ads certification, HubSpot certification, etc.). 
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and practices.
