Job Description
Our team is looking for a Operations and Support Guru to serve as a key member of our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the C-suite in support of the day-to-day operations
- Support the CEO in managing operational aspects of the business to include scheduling, cross-team coordination, invoicing, meetings, and other items as they arise
- Support the C-suite in the implementation and identification of process improvement efforts to help continuously identify efficiencies across the company
- Support the collection and organization of data collected across that business lines that supports management decision making
- Work collaboratively across Dcode business lines to ensure efforts are aligned with revenue and goals.
- Support the execution of events and seminars in coordination with the marketing teams and directors
