Job Description
We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to aid and empower our senior leadership. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and keen attention to detail. They will have previous experience performing administrative duties and providing support to management. The primary responsibility of the role is to support the Chief Executive and the Executive Team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for the Chief Executive, including agendas, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics
- Organise team communications
- Plan team social events, both internally and offsite
- Act as Secretary for Board meetings – including arranging the meetings and taking minutes
- Organise the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery, equipment and refreshments
- Manage the maintenance of the office and arrange necessary upkeep/repairs
- Review and update Health and Safety Policies
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute postal correspondence
- Champion the Delio culture across all work conducted
Qualifications
Essential requirements:
- Four years experience in an administrative role reporting directly to senior management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organise and coordinate multiple projects at once
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with an aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
