Job Description

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to support the Risk Management (including BCM) and Internal Control teams.

  • Gather requirements from the Risk, Internal Control, and BCM teams.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure alignment and compliance with specifications.
  • Assist in the customization and integration of the new platform.
  • Migrate data from existing internal tools to the new platform.
  • Support the phase-out of current tools, including monitoring, assigning user roles, and extracting data for reporting purposes.
  • Prepare technical and functional specifications, ensuring seamless integration with the involved teams.
  • Monitor the implementation of platform specifications, ensuring compliance with defined requirements.
  • Conduct functionality testing of the platform.
  • Organize training sessions for users, promoting adoption and efficiency.
  • Engage and integrate stakeholders into the tool.
  • Manage change and provide ongoing support during the transition period.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Prior knowledge or experience in risk management, internal control, and business continuity management is a plus.
  • Proactive and confident profile with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and adherence to deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including interaction with senior executives and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Adaptability to dynamic and constantly evolving environments.
  • Understanding of risk management, internal control, and business continuity concepts to better comprehend the operations to be integrated into the new tool.
