We’re seeking a motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to fuel business growth by identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and closing sales.
Job Description
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and research prospective clients in need of IT training.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored training solutions.
- Sales Execution:
- Present and promote our training programs and services to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
- CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the manager of the training center
- Customer Support:
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business or referrals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in IT, education, or training services.
- Strong understanding of IT training programs and their value to businesses and individuals.
- Bilingual in French and in English
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
