We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of AI-driven solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver AI-focused projects, ensuring they align with business goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, mitigating risks along the way.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams (e.g., developers, data scientists) and non-technical stakeholders, including client teams.
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Identify and resolve project issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative project environment, driving team motivation.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends in AI and integrate best practices into project workflows.

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably software development and in technology or AI-related projects is a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with AI concepts, tools, or technologies is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Project Management certification is a plus.
