  • ⎫ ▪BEING ABLE TO OPERATE ALL STATIONS WITHIN THE STORE 

  • ⎫ ▪BEING AWARE OF AND ENFORCING ALL IMAGE STANDARDS 

  • ⎫ ▪ENSURING THE TEAM KNOWS HOW TO READ JOB AIDS AND ARE UTILIZING SCALES 

  • ⎫ ▪BEING ABLE TO MAKE GREAT PRODUCT 

  • ⎫ ▪BEING ABLE TO HANDLE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS APPROPRIATELY AND PROMPTLY 

  • ⎫ ▪KNOWING WHAT TO DO WHEN EQUIPMENT IS NOT WORKING 

  • ⎫ ▪PRACTICING AND ENFORCING HTA WITHIN THE STORE AT ALL TIMES 

  • ⎫ ▪UNDERSTANDING WHAT THE SERVICE GOALS ARE FOR THE STORE

  • ⎫ ▪ASSISTING THE GM BY TRAINING AND CROSS TRAINING TEAM MEMBERS 

  • ⎫ ▪ASSISTING THE GM TO IMPROVE SPEED AND HUSTLE WITHIN THE STORE 

  • ⎫ ▪LEARNING HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT AND SOLVE PROBLEMS WITHIN THE STORE 

  • ⎫ ▪BUILDING POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH TEAM MEMBERS AND CREATING A FUN ATMOSPHERE
