Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Export Documentation Management
- Monitor and track export declaration statuses (e.g., 0309, 0409)
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding declaration progress
- Gather and compile all required export documentation
- Prepare comprehensive documentation packages for customer review
System and Documentation Workflow
- Upload relevant documents into designated systems
- Ensure full compliance with customer documentation requirements
- Maintain accurate and organized digital document data
Customs and Logistics Coordination
- Liaise directly with Thai Customs authorities
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to confirm flight details
- Arrange and verify all necessary shipping and customs documents
- Ensure smooth communication between all involved parties
Reporting and Communication
- Compile and submit daily reports
- Provide detailed status updates on: Export declaration progress, Customs-related developments, Shipment tracking information
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in any fields. At least one-year working experience in import/export.
- Knowledge of Thai customs formalities/clearance, cargo handling process and Thai customs regulations are preferable.
- Well versed in MS Office programs.
