Job Description
- To be able to prepare, review, verify and provide the documents in order to process customs clearance in a timely manner and compliancy.
- To coordinate and follow up with Thai Customs and other parties for process clearance and solving any problem eg litigation case in timely manner and compliancy.
- To coordinate with internal/external relevant parties eg service providers, truckers for processing clearance and delivery.
- To be able to check cargo condition before uploading to the truck and file DMC with terminal if needs and timely.
- To review the correction and make sure all the signed document and receipt are provided back to the office and scan into our system daily.
- To recap all the works and completion during the day to our customs brokerage team in order to update in the system and to customers.
- To maintain good rapport with customs officers, customers and service providers.
- To answer phone calls to handle relevant requests and complaints.
- To be able work under the pressure and time constraint and working schedule could be flexible if mandatory needs.
- To take up additional assignments as required to meet with the Company needs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher in any fields. At least one-year working experience in import and export industries.
- Knowledge of customs formalities, clearance, cargo handling process and customs regulations are preferable.
- Fair command of English and typing skill.
- Well versed in MS Office programs.
