Job Description
- To communicate with overseas offices to ensure that import documents reach destination in timely manner.
- To ensure accurate shipment data information.
- To prepare the Arrival Notice to consignees and ensure consignee alert of ETA date of cargo and the expiration of free time storage.
- To co-ordinate with co-loaders and carriers the delivery of Container Yard cargoes.
- To accurately check credit accounts.
- To audit and release delivery order to consignees.
- To take up additional assignments as required to meet with the Company needs.
Qualifications
- University Graduate with 1 years’ experience in forwarding or carrier industry.
- Good planning and organizing skills.
- Solid knowledge of import operations and documentation.
- Good command of English.
- Well versed in MS Office programs..
