Job Description
This position will require a hard-working and motivated individual who will assist in promoting a positive online presence. This encompasses all reviews for the entire company, whether internal or external, negative or positive. The customer review specialist will be expected to contact customers in an effort to provide thorough communication of service expectations. Further, a knowledge and understanding of customer service is expected to efficiently provide a positive working relationship with customers. Any marketing or public relations skills will be utilized within our marketing team. This part-time position has great potential and plenty of room for growth.
$12/hr and up DOE.
Review Specialist Duties
- Answer inbound/outbound calls in an effort to communicate with customers about overall service experience
- Create a plan of action and present it to marketing manager in an effort to smooth over any tension between customers if negative review is left
- Address any possible negative social media reviews through various platforms (Yelp, Google, BBB, Facebook, Birdeye, or any other review/social media website)
- Assist in promoting a positive online presence for the company as a whole
- Gather data in a way that can be presented to various departments to explain any common trends from reviews
- Track positive and negative reviews and relay directly to servicing team for recognition and promotion, create a Google doc to document reviews
- Follow-up with customers about experience after an issue has been resolved.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and set correct expectations for customers
- Maintain a high level of professionalism to ease customer dissatisfaction and increase customer satisfaction
- Create a thorough customer feedback reporting system to key supervisors, to ensure negative experiences can be resolved and positive experiences enhanced
- Attend meetings with marketing managers to communicate trends and common issues with customer experience
- Push for improvement. Based on data found present solutions for improvement to managers in meetings

Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in customer service position
- In the process of completing degree in Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, or related field
- Team player
- Strong drive to improve self and this position
- Solid communication skills and great customer service
- Desire to WOW customers
- Ability to remain positive and helpful in solving customer issues under pressure
- Organization skills, tracking reviews and providing trends to manager
- Self-motivated: Staying focused and on task without constant supervision
- Aptitude for problem solving, being able to resolve customer complaints and provide plan of action for solutions to both, the customer and company
- Ability to take initiative and resolve customer concerns
- Desire to add immense value to a customer’s experience
- Knowledgeable and proficient in use of Microsoft office suite--Power Point, Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Any skills in Marketing or Public Relations is a plus and will be utilized
