The Opportunity

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, team-oriented professional to join Envion’s growing team at a vital moment in our company’s development. The Community Manager will have the unique opportunity to manage our global community of investors, develop and execute our content marketing strategy, and oversee our team of community engagement professionals. Our ideal candidate is an energetic and engaging cryptocurrency enthusiast who is excited about what we’re doing and relentless about moderating positive and helpful interactions in our community.

• Oversee the 5-10 Community Management team
• Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
• Moderate community conversations with poise and positivity
• Create engaging content for all of our social media channels
• Manage our 23k person group chat on Telegram
• Respond to community comments and queries in friendly and timely manner
• Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists
• Actively seek ways to build our community and engage with new audiences
• Execute all of the above with discretion and in full compliance with securities regulations regarding solicitation and transparency

Qualifications and Qualities

• Proven work experience as a Community Manager
• Enthusiasm for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology strongly preferred; experience working in this field a strong plus
• Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
• Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Native or near-native fluency in English
• Hands on experience with social media management for brands
• Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
• Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
