Opis posla
At this position, responsibilities include:
- Supports Office Manager in the organization of the office
- Participates in organization of various events in the office
- Performs duties regarding health and safety at work
- Assists in the onboarding process for new hires
- Assists in implementing and monitoring office procedures
- Maintains a trusting relationship with suppliers, customers, and colleagues and act as the first point of contact for suppliers/vendors
- Welcomes visitors and clients
- Booking all PV couriers using our preferred supplier and dealing with various issues
- Participates in resolving office-related and employees’ related issues
- Mentoring and training of new and more junior employees within the department
- Handles all tasks related to the company's official mobile phones
- Handles all tasks related to the company's car pool
- Provides ad-hoc support to the office and other staff members and departments as needed
Kvalifikacije
Required Experience:
- Attention to detail, self-motivated, takes initiative
- Proficient in MS Office Excel and the ability to learn new software
- Detail-oriented individual with good organizational ability, with excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills are a must
