Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic student to join our team as a part-time or full time Training Developer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in instructional design and training development while balancing your academic commitments.

What will you do?

  • Collaborate with our team to identify training needs and objectives
  • Assist in the design, and development of engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and presentations
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvements
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Qualifications

  • Current enrolment in a Bachelor's or Master's program
  • Strong interest in Learning and Development
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • English knowledge level B2 and above is a must
