Job Description
Primary Purpose: This position is responsible for acting as the primary contact for clients on the phone or in person, ensuring all client requirements are met with respect to data accuracy, regulatory requirements, turnaround time, pricing and bottles sets.
- Fielding customer Environment testing enquiries and questions
- Receiving feedback from clients and arranging appropriate response to needs
- Communicating to customers any deficiencies in samples or chain of custody data
- Discussing the project with the client to ensure clarity of the requirements, if necessary
- Preparing bottle orders for customer service and arranging transportation if necessary
- Work with department supervisors to track client data to ensure on time delivery
- Communicate any anticipated delays to customer prior due date
- Follow up on any DQR requests from customers
- Occasionally prepare quotations with the guidance of the Sales Executives
- Assist with Administration tasks
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- University degree or college diploma in a related field
- Good understanding of IT and PC applications and software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Aquis etc.)
- LIMS and transfer program experience considered an asset
- Self-starter, ambitious and energetic
- Lab experience considered an asset
- Environmental testing experience considered an asset
- Regulatory experience considered an asset
