Eurofins is currently looking for a skilled Senior Consultant/Senior Project Manager to join our ambitious Group Process Transformation and Digitalisation Team in Brussels.

As a Senior Consultant/Senior Project Manager, you will take on a leadership role in reviewing, streamlining, improving, and digitalising key processes within the Eurofins Group, either in our Group Service Centre or across our laboratory network. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and innovation that drive Eurofins’ success.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will independently manage and deliver complex process transformation projects. You will be responsible for:

  1. Strategic Process Transformation
    • Identifying high-impact opportunities for process optimisation and digitalisation.
    • Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, in collaboration with process owners and key business stakeholders.
  2. End-to-End Process Improvement
    • Conducting in-depth analysis of existing processes to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Designing and documenting target processes to align with business goals and best practices.
  3. Digital Transformation Enablement
    • Collaborating with IT teams, business analysts, and developers to define system requirements and oversee the development of innovative digital solutions.
    • Ensuring new tools meet business needs through rigorous testing and validation.
  4. Change Management and Implementation
    • Leading change management efforts, including stakeholder alignment, communication plans, and training programs to ensure successful deployment.
    • Managing post-implementation reviews and driving continuous process improvements.
  5. Leadership and Mentorship
    • Coordinating and mentoring Junior Project Managers and Interns on projects to build a high-performing and collaborative team.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Master’s degree in Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

2–3 years of professional experience in external consulting, transformation projects, or similar roles.

Language Proficiency:

Fluent in English (oral and written); additional languages are a plus.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI etc.). Experience with digitalisation tools or process automation platforms is an advantage.

Personal Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to influence and align stakeholders across diverse functions and geographies.

Exceptional project management capabilities, including planning, risk assessment, and execution.

Analytical mindset with a strong ability to diagnose complex problems and design innovative solutions.

Change management expertise, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
