Job Description

What you will do:

  • Support with client workshops and eliciting relevant solution requirements.
  • Produce required project documentation, to both internal and external parties, in line with governance.
  • Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
  • Apply product capabilities/limitations to the solution design.
  • Supervise the creation of comprehensive test plan as well as lead the execution of said test plan.
  • Balance the customer's requirements with the technical constraints (e.g., application size, network bandwidth, hardware/software/equipment selections etc.)
  • Attend and contribute to the peer review of deliverable documentation with support from the delivery leads.
  • Support project manager in assessing, planning and organising project workload to meet project commitments within agreed schedules, including own workload and that of others.
  • Ability to work in an Agile and Waterfall methodology.
  • Support with relevant issues and risks ensure all issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner, escalating to the appropriate management.
  • Seeks to coach junior members of the team in the use of software and methodologies.

You will report into the Client Delivery Manager.

Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • 4+ years of experience on a similar role
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of systems, processes, applications and technology
  • Understand how to interpret client business needs, implement and translate them into application and operational requirements that can be clearly articulated to peers and clients at the appropriate level
  • Thorough understanding and experience of the project delivery lifecycle
  • Possess a working knowledge of SQL, relational databases and associated terminologies
  • Experience in supporting the low-level architectural solution design, configuration and quality assurance of all project implementations on multiple complex strategic deliveries
