Job Description
You will be responsible for developing Experian's products in the Norwegian market, thereby ensuring growth through technological and innovative product development.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Define a clear vision for selected products and services.
- Define and maintain a product roadmap with clear objectives and KPIs.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders across the organization to deliver individual and collective goals.
- Gather market information and insights that complement product development.
- Develop innovative products supported by relevant business cases.
- Deliver and execute Go to Market plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Experience in the financial sector
- Knowledge of market conditions and competitors
- Innovative and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated results in innovation and execution
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Fluent in English and Norwegian
