Job Description

Reporting into our Lead Delivery Consultant, you will be working on UK client delivery projects to deliver solutions to clients to enable them to make quick and accurate business decisions. You should be devoted to delivering right first time and ideally have an interest in preventing Fraud. Working closely with a team of UK & Bulgarian based analysts with whom alongside your own team, you will provide excellent client delivery and support across a range of vertical markets and products. This role allows you to develop a wide variety of business, technical and interpersonal skills, working with some of the world's largest organisations, helping them react quickly to market opportunities and conditions, and supporting them with configuration changes to protect their business and customers from potential fraud attacks. This is an exceptional role for a talented individual with a client delivery background to play a key part in our business transformation.

Qualifications

 

  • Knowledge and practical use of SQL/XML/JSON
  • Experience with WPS or similar
  • Experience in client delivery or supporting client solutions
  • Extensive experience of requirements gathering, analysis and design
  • Working with and supporting clients
  • Coaching more junior members of the team
