As the Global Sourcing Analyst, you will work with and support category managers on the direct materials team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a desire to grow in the supply chain field. 

This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule. You can expect to work Tuesday – Thursday onsite at one of our offices located in  Deerfield (IL), North Olmsted (OH), Maumee (OH) or Oak Creek (WI) while Monday and Friday are remote.

Responsibilities: 

• Work within the Global Sourcing department supporting a cross functional team of Category and Sourcing Managers.
• Manage project timelines, generating request for proposals, and analyze supplier bids.
• Participate in supplier negotiations by providing feedback on all aspects of bid package.
• Maintain sourcing dashboards, including team metrics, commodity costs and triggers, spend under contract, etc.

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) with an emphasis in supply chain, business, data analytics, engineering or relevant experience
• 1+ years of relevant work experience 
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of supply chain management with emphasis in sourcing
• Desire to move into a sourcing category manager role
• Ability to present complex data to cross functional teams in a clear and concise manner
• Experience using analytical tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
