Job Description
In this role, you will ensure that our HRIS systems & related interfaces are fully leveraged for effective & efficient processes. You’ll support the growing need for systems & data expertise in the HR discipline. You’ll build our HR Analytics infrastructure. You’ll build on our culture of continuous improvement by staying up to date on systems trends, systems functionality, and training our HRBPs & managers.
Location: This position is designated hybrid reporting to our office in North Olmsted, OH, Maumee, OH, or Deerfield, IL at least 3 days per week (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday)
What you'll be doing:
- With support from the Sr. Manager, HR Technology, act as system administrator for the production timekeeping systems (UKG Pro Workforce Management and UKG Time & Attendance) ensuring systems accurately track time and attendance.
- Create, monitor, maintain and troubleshoot data interface to/from the timekeeping systems.
- Work with internal and external resources to update system configurations and/or interfaces based on changes needed to support business decisions, such as vendor changes, policy changes, and mergers & acquisitions.
- Provide support to internal teams to understand needs to improve processes, dashboards, reports and analytics to support data-driven people decisions for business and HR leaders.
- Maintain & enhance system expertise by attending training, reviewing updates and staying current with HRIS and data analytics trends.
- Maintain job aids, user guides & training materials for timekeeping systems.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of data analytics and/or HRIS experience
- Experience with UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions)
- Strong Microsoft Excel and report writing experience
- Strong attention to detail, discretion and sense of urgency
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems, HR, or similar
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects with tight timeline
- Curious problem solver who is dedicated to continuous improvement
