Our Client, a market leader in the telecommunication industry in Africa is currently in search of a Project Manager to be based in her Kenya office. 

Project Management of the client project operations across the MEA (Middle East & Africa) region and in particular the management of accounts across Africa.

Job Responsibilities:

• Project Management of client operations across the MEA region in line with established company Project Management processes & procedures
• Regular project reporting to key stakes holders within the organization
• Multi-tasking launch of new solutions across the region.
• Strong project management skills
• Strong relationship builder with carriers across region
• Work closely with Business Development and Sales executives and Carriers and or Customers, in managing the overall implementation of company products and services and company obligations
• Ensure the continued proper alignment of the mutual goals and business objectives of the Carrier and / or Customers and the company
• Apply effective negotiation, communication and relationship development skills to ensure the continued growth and increased depth of the relationship assigned
• Manage and maintain all project documents and timelines, and database programs used for all assigned duties
• Work closely with the Programme Management team within the company to ensure effective PM methodologies/process are being implemented 

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Project Management Methodologies and Processes
• PRINCE2/PMP Certification or Equivalent Degree
• Familiar with architecture of GSM Mobile networks and VAS solutions
• Strong communication skills in order to effectively relay project status to company management and clients
• Leadership and motivational skills
• Quick learner and team player
• Ability to adjust quickly within a multi cultured environment internally and externally

Required Qualifications:

• Recognized Degree in Computer Science/Telecom related subject matter
• Certificate/Diploma in Project Management
