Job Description
The role requires ensuring that all business inquiries are handled in a professional, efficient, correct and timely manner.
- Sending out of renewal notifications to customers via mail and text message.
- Sending out of Happy Birthday messages to customers via mail and text message.
- Sending out of Thank you messages after purchase of insurance policies
- Requesting and Updating of Customer KYC information.
- Receiving and logging of inbound and outbound calls.
- Generating sales through the Call centre
- Use of Call Centre Software (for logging inbound and outbound calls)
- Creating Fliers to create awareness of the Call centre
- Toll Free line to encourage customer feedback.
- Customer KYC update report
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree from a reputable university with a minimum of 3years relevant experience.
