Job Description

The role requires ensuring that all business inquiries are handled in a professional, efficient, correct and timely manner.

  • Sending out of renewal notifications to customers via mail and text message.
  • Sending out of Happy Birthday messages to customers via mail and text message.
  • Sending out of Thank you messages after purchase of insurance policies
  • Requesting and Updating of Customer KYC information.
  • Receiving and logging of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Generating sales through the Call centre
  • Use of Call Centre Software (for logging inbound and outbound calls)
  • Creating Fliers to create awareness of the Call centre
  • Toll Free line to encourage customer feedback.
  • Customer KYC update report

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree from a reputable university with a minimum of 3years relevant experience.
