Get to know our Team:

You will focus on the intricate backend services for driver partners along with aspects of merchant vendor management. We are a team that:

  • Is passionate about creating and ensuring value for our driver and merchant partners.
  • Aim to do excellent and meaningful work with the clarity of thought and creativity execution.
  • Help influence the operations efficiency of the company, especially involving that of our driver and merchant partners.

Get to know the Role:

As BPO / Vendor Management Specialist, you will be part of a team that inspires through strategic outsourcing and vendor partnerships. Your role will focus on enhancing performance through the coordination and reporting trend analysis, project management, being inclusive to all through implementing engagement frameworks and updating of records related to third-party vendors and business process outsourcing partners. You will help the team to ensure that our partnerships align with our our goals and values.

You will report directly to the Senior Vendor Manager of Grab Support. You will be based onsite at our Ortigas Grab office with flexible work arrangements.

The Critical Tasks You will Perform:

  • You will work with vendors and partners to organize and focus on performance trends.
  • You will identify trends in the business through analyzing reports and calling them out to team members to action
  • You will identify potential risks associated with outsourcing and vendor partnerships.
  • You will identify and use opportunities for innovation and process improvement within vendor services. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
  • You will develop and implement engagement activities including creating useful videos, updating related content, coordination of staff awards, sending e-cards to staff, planning events and research feasibility of activities and many others

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a BPO, contact center ore vendor management role
  • Ability to manage partners at all levels.
