Job Description
Get to Know the Role
- You have experience in service center/ dealership environment, capability to lead a team while building our operational efficiency.
- You will be a necessary contributor to scaling up our body repair capabilities and improving car ownership experience.
- You will be a necessary to make sure & monitor our production capacity, capability & production output to make sure overall production process finish on time & on target.
- You will be reporting to the Manager and working onsite in our BSD Pool
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Manage team of Body Repair Development & Operations both internal & external
- Lead and implement an improving Body Repair Development for all fleets
- Accuracy of all Body Repair technical data and repair techniques
- Lead in implementing opportunities for operational efficiency
- Standardize processes, improve resource management, and developing operational Measurements and reporting
- Create weekly reports of activities and findings
- Manage good relationship with body repair vendor
- Together with production to maintain end to end SLA & improved following business circumstances
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You have min. Bachelor's Degree
- Body Shop or Service – 5+ years of experience preferred from automotive
- High proficiency in written and spoken English
- Excellent inter-department coordination and resource allocation
- Good understanding on end-to-end process of body repair/stamping
- Management capabilities
- Process / operations experience: Experience leading field, technical repair or manufacturing teams with customer-facing responsibilities.
- Strategical thinking to understand cause of each problem & find out impactful action action to improve the process.
