The Federal Leadership Institute is currently looking for a Professional Crisis and Safety Educator to become a part of an integrated team focused on providing education on crisis management and safety to government clients working in the court and offenders system. We are currently seeking high-energy professionals who are adept at delivering superior client services. Our educators and coaches have a strong understanding of individual differences in the work place and are able to quickly adapt their coaching styles and strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Must have experience providing education in the field of community corrections, crisis management, and offender behavior.

Minimum five years experience delivering curriculum. 

Must have a valid professional degree. 

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Experience with young adult population preferred.  

Experience in developing curricula in crisis management preferred. 

Experience in working with the government preferred.
