Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • As the Post Producer, you will oversee the day-to-day moving media post-production workflow across multiple projects, managing all stages of post-production including offline editing, color grading, online editing, VFX, motion graphics, animation, sound design, and mixing. 

You will: 

  • Develop and manage project schedules, quotes, and budgets to ensure smooth project execution and delivery. 
  • Negotiate project pricing strategically to align with budgetary goals, collaborating effectively with both internal teams and external partners. 
  • Optimize resources to maintain efficiency and deliver high-quality outputs, while ensuring the creative vision of each project is fully realized. 
  • Lead and oversee post-production teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining alignment between creative, technical, and operational goals. 
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve any production challenges, ensuring seamless project progression and delivery. 

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE 

We are looking for people with… 

  • 3+ years of experience in post-production management - ideally within a creative or fashion-related environment. A deep understanding of post-production workflows, including hands-on experience in editing, color grading, online editing, motion graphics, and animation. 
  • Technical proficiency - Expertise in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and Avid workflows. 
  • Project management skills - Strong organizational and scheduling abilities to manage multiple post-production projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. 
  • Digital and social media knowledge - A solid understanding of social media and digital platforms, including best practices for content creation, optimization, and distribution across multiple channels.

This is a full time permanent position, based at our Head Office in Stockholm, starting as soon as possible.
