Job Description
As a Plottershop Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring stores across the Sales Market are equipped with updated navigation materials and vinyls. This includes strategizing, implementing, and managing all processes tied to maintaining accurate in-store navigation while adhering to global guidelines. Your work will involve creative problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership to drive seamless customer experiences.
- Develop and implement a strategy to ensure updated navigation materials in stores, aligned with global guidelines and tailored to local needs.
- Manage the production and cost tracking of vinyl materials for campaigns, rebuilds, and new store openings.
- Oversee the maintenance of machinery and materials in the Plottershop.
- Collaborate with teams across NCG, Expansion, Sustainability, and other functions to support stores with the right navigation solutions.
- Provide clear guidelines and training to stores for applying navigation and vinyl materials accurately.
- Review supplier invoices and ensure cost-effectiveness in collaboration with Material Lead and Controlling.
- Monitor and follow up on the implementation of navigation and vinyl materials, ensuring compliance with legislation and meeting customer needs.
Qualifications
This role requires a balance of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership skills to excel. You are a resourceful, and detail-oriented person, and feel comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic retail environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential to drive success and foster growth within the team.
We also believe you have:
- Strong knowledge of navigation guidelines, vinyl materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in tools and systems such as LIMA, SIS, and FlexiSIGN, as well as the ability to maintain Plottershop equipment.
- Excellent organizational and budget management skills, with experience handling cost invoices and material tracking.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, including the ability to coach and support team members effectively.
- Creativity and curiosity to explore innovative solutions, paired with a proactive and action-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English, with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
