Job Description

This role of Digital Marketing Team Leader will sit in marketing team at ARKET Shanghai office, playing an important role in growing ARKET’s brand presence in China through digital and social media platforms.

RESPONSIBILITY & MAIN TASKS:

  • Support China marketing plan & calendar in line with global marketing plan and local relevancy
  • Develop & implement China digital marketing & social media strategy in line with brand strategy and business target
  • Localize global digital campaign assets and ensure brand image & message consistency across all channels.
  • Work closely with internal and external partners on social media daily operation & digital marketing campaigns based on IMC campaign objectives
  • Manage Ecom marketing and performance marketing plan to drive traffic to online channels and improve ROI.
  • Assist in negotiation with E-commerce partner for competitive terms, marketing resources to ensure the highest brand visibility on e-market place
  • Assist in digital marketing & social media budget planning & controlling to optimize cost efficiency.
  • Actively monitor new social media platforms, digital marketing trends and technologies in the industry to keep ahead of competition
  • Develop, drive, engage and manage the local digital marketing team
  • Point of contact for local in-store marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above, marketing related preferred
  • Previous experiences in social media or digital marketing field, experience in fashion, beauty, and retail preferred
  • Good fashion and creative sense, familiar with digital & social landscape in China
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, proactive and self-motivated
  • Solid communication skills and good team worker who believes in collaboration and enjoys discussion
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
