As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Lead & managing your assigned Department,
• Supporting operational excellence, quality and efficiency through analysis of logistics processes and management of workflows,
• Responsible for your assigned Department's SOP's and daily tasks in order to achieve customer satisfaction,
• Responsible to conduct inventory counts
• Identify risks and issues in daily Department team and support resolving identified risks, issues, and follow-up.
• Daily Reporting

The successful Team Leader will have the following capabilities:

• Good understanding of warehouse operations and proven experience in leading & coaching a team,
• Hands on approach,
• National Logistics industry standards,
• Strong communication & coordinator skills,
• Ability to collaborate and empower others through people development.
