Job Description

As the Visual Merchandiser Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation of a clear and coherent customer journey throughout the stores by respecting all COS standards and guidelines. In this role you support a team of Visual Merchandisers within your responsible stores. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Offering customers an excellent direct customer service by establishing extensive knowledge around trends, products, and styling across the Store Team 

  • Secure excellent indirect customer service by delivering an impactful store experience and clear customer journey 

  • Analysing selling information and service results, taking responsibility for the visual direction of the store to maximise sales performance  

  • Leading and motivating a team of Visual Merchandiser to achieve excellent visual standard of your responsible stores 

  • Conduct visual changes collaborating with store management team and define the customer journey when needed 

  • Identifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progression 

  • Setting the visual merchandising standard for your responsible stores and training the team to understand the COS collection, story of key products and inspiration background  

  • Communicate with Area Visual and provide feedback to the Area Team and Store Management Team regularly

What You Need to Succeed:  

Knowledge  

  • Understanding of the latest trends, fashion and silhouettes 

  • Experience working with visual-merchandising guidelines, including window display and mannequin styling 

  • Knowledge of operational routines in-store 

  • Experience taking informed VM actions based on commercial KPIs and sales data 

  • Able to communicate in English

  • Experience leading a team or supervising others is an advantage

  • Proven track record of delivering high standards of VM that is both commercial and inspirational 

  • Experience managing store VM activations including window and mannequin changes, promotional setups and season-start layouts  

  • Success in collaborating with other managers/colleagues to achieve store goals 

Additional Information
