WHAT YOU’LL DO  

In the role as a Customer Service Agent, we believe that you are an essential part of our customers shopping experience, being the voice and ambassador of H&M. You are an important contributor in our organisation taking H&M to the next steps as a fashion brand. 

You will: 

  • Receive contacts from our customers and provide excellent service regardless of situation while also maintaining a high quality of communication. 

  • Work in several systems as you will have customer contacts via phone, chat, social media and email. 

  • Actively contribute to the work with our values and work environment. Our greatest strengths are teamwork and continuous improvements. 

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH 

At Customer Service Nordic, we contribute to H&M Groups vision and growth by making our customers lives easier, providing our customers with exceptional guidance and inspiration, whenever and wherever they connect with us. We serve customers to all brands within H&M Group in our markets Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, through their full shopping journey's. You will work with a team of customer service agents supporting our customers, alongside Team Manager and Training and Quality Coach.  

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE 

We are looking for people with… 

  • Strong communication skills in writing and speaking - you are H&M's ambassador, and your ability to create good relationships with our customers is the key to success.  

  • Good computer skills and enjoys guiding our customers when navigating our digital platforms such as our website and H&M app. 

  • Fluent language skill in spoken and written Swedish.   

  • Good level in spoken and written English - as part of an international company, a large part of our daily work is done in English.  

  • Other Nordic language skills as Finnish or Norwegian would be highly valued in both spoken and/or written.

This is a temporary, full-time position (on average 40 hours/week) starting May 5th until end of August 2025, but with the possibility of extension. You will be based in Borås, Sweden and includes working hours daytime 8-19 and Saturday 9-15.
