Job Description
As the E-commerce Manager for China, you will be responsible for defining and executing the digital sales strategy for your region, aligning it with the overall COS brand vision and seamless sales strategy. You will lead a talented e-commerce team, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive initiatives to enhance the online customer experience, increase sales, and achieve long-term business goals.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute the COS digital sales strategy for China market, aligning with the overall seamless sales strategy and COS brand vision.
- Enhance the online store customer experience to drive selling and online growth.
- Collaborate with the E-commerce team to create an efficient and informative workflow, ensuring alignment with long- and short-term goals.
- Analyze sales performance and implement actionable strategies to achieve sales and growth targets
- Collaborate with global and regional e-commerce teams to align selling, content, and customer experience strategies.
- Work closely with merchandising and logistics teams to ensure seamless fulfilment and shipping processes.
- Drive digital marketing, social media, and paid media strategies in collaboration with Marketing and CRM teams to build brand awareness, acquire new customers, nurture loyalty, and maximize revenue and ROAS.
- Manage and optimize the online activity planning in line with the commercial plan.
- Set and manage the online budget, monitor P&L, and ensure financial targets are met with the support of the controlling team.

What you need to succeed
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of the Chinese e-commerce landscape and consumer behavior.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience in budget management and P&L accountability.
- Proactive, innovative, and results-driven approach.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, with proficiency in written and spoken communication.

This is a full time permanent contract based at our Area Office in Shanghai.
