→ Be responsible for the entire software life cycle – design, development, testing, release, and maintenance.
→ Translate business needs into working software solutions while ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
→ Develop and configure backend solutions that are easy to maintain and change, enabling continuous delivery.
→ Ensure technical excellence and good design practices through extensive use of automation and testing frameworks.
→ Collaborate in a non-hierarchical, transparent, and trust-driven environment.
→ Work in an agile setup, focusing on value creation, growth, and delivering exceptional customer and business results.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will be part of the Visual Asset Repository team in Merchandising area within the Backend CoE team at H&M Group. This area focuses on helping customers discover and choose products, enhancing their shopping journey from landing on our e-commerce platform to checkout.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, product managers, and stakeholders, to develop customer-centric solutions that improve our digital shopping experience.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
→ A degree in Computer Science/Information Technology (B.Tech/B.E/M.S/M.Tech) from a premier engineering college.
→ 3-5 years of experience in Java Backend development and related technologies.
→ Strong coding skills in Java, Spring Boot, and experience with writing testable and high-quality code using JUnit and Mockito.
→ Experience and knowledge of API design and Microservices Architecture.
→ Background in Event-Driven Architecture and hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure Pipelines).
→ Proficiency in Git, Maven, and Azure cloud services.
