Lead Care Professional

📍 Location: Sheffield North (S35 2XQ)
📄 Employment Type: Full-Time Contract
🕒 Rota: 5-day week, 9-hour availability, alternate weekends and occasional nights 
💰 Salary: £25,350 - £26,325
💼 Experience: Care experience required

Your Role as a Lead Care Professional:

🔹 Deliver and uphold the highest standards of care.
🔹 Ensure clients receive person-centered, high-quality services.
🔹 Act as a mentor to Care Professionals, providing field-based support and guidance.
🔹 Help improve care quality, ensuring our team is well-equipped and confident in their roles.

🔸 Previous experience in a care role, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
🔸 A passion for supporting others and maintaining high standards of care.
🔸 Strong communication and leadership skills.
🔸 A proactive and compassionate approach to care.

Qualifications

  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Flexibility with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional quality of care. Experience in delivering services.
  • Ability to coach and mentor care professional
  • Administration experience is required
