Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our paid media strategy. This role plays a pivotal part in driving brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and optimizing digital marketing performance across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid digital advertising, media buying, content syndication, data analysis, and campaign management to support business growth. The candidate will work closely with the head of paid media, global marketing teams, field programs, and digital agencies to ensure campaign success. This position is located in our Sri Lanka office, and the candidate must speak fluent English and be available to work from 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, 6Sense, and other paid media channels.
- Provide direction to agencies managing paid search and social media advertising while ensuring continuous optimization and maximized ROI.
- Manage content syndication efforts and direct media buys to expand brand reach and engagement.
- Drive program execution in alignment with regional strategy and Global ABX campaigns.
- Monitor performance, analyze campaign results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize efficiency.
- Work closely with Field & Partner Marketing teams to align campaigns with regional strategies and objectives.
- Conduct weekly status calls with agencies, escalate issues as needed, and ensure paid media strategy is executed on time.
- Use paid media channels to build awareness, generate leads within target accounts and personas, and create pipeline while meeting or exceeding ROI benchmarks.
- Oversee reporting for all paid media channels, including campaign analytics, budget tracking, pacing, and forecasts.
- Utilize tools such as PowerBI, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and vendor dashboards to measure and optimize performance.
- Track and monitor competitor movement, including trademark complaints, and provide quarterly competitive landscape reports.
- Manage Wrike for campaign tracking, status updates, and approvals.
- Request Statements of Work (SOWs) for media buys and manage purchase order approvals.
- Develop A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance and user engagement.
- Ensure campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Google Ads and LinkedIn Marketing certifications (or obtain within 3 months of hire).
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media and performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in-platform.
- Proven track record of managing large digital advertising budgets and driving measurable results.
- Experience in B2B SaaS marketing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of omnichannel campaign delivery and retargeting.
- Experience using tools such as Salesforce, PowerBI, Wrike, and Google Analytics.
Skills:
- Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and ABX platforms (e.g., 6Sense, Demandbase, Triblio).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and interpreting campaign data.
- Experience creating and managing UTM tracking codes & Salesforce campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills, including stakeholder communication.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Understanding of SEO and keyword research to align PPC efforts with organic strategies.
