Job Description
We’re looking for a content specialist to help create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for the AI Growth Unit at IFS. This is an execution-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys transforming ideas into polished content across digital, internal, and campaign channels.
You’ll work closely with the AI Content & Editorial Lead and contribute to a wide range of initiatives that bring our AI story to life - from supporting content that draws on product messaging and social media copy to creating internal update decks and helping deliver materials for key launches. You’ll also take ownership of our SharePoint site for AI, ensuring content is well-structured, up to date, and discoverable.
This is a great opportunity for a highly organised content creator with strong writing skills, an eye for detail, and a desire to work across a fast-moving, high-impact marketing team.
Content Creation & Delivery
- Write and edit content across internal and external formats including social posts, internal updates, campaign copy, sales enablement slides, and summaries.
- Support the Editorial Lead by transforming outlines, transcripts, and slides into clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Contribute to the execution of the editorial calendar, delivering content on time and in the correct format.
- Support the creation of AI use case videos by drafting scripts, coordinating with product management, and helping translate technical input into accessible storytelling.
Content Operations
- Track engagement metrics for owned content (e.g. Viva views, SharePoint visits) and support the Editorial Lead in reporting where required.
- Manage and maintain the AI SharePoint site – keeping it structured, current, and easy to navigate.
- Upload content, organise files, and ensure pages are aligned with internal comms priorities and brand standards.
- Help maintain prompt libraries and structured prompt templates for content generation tools.
- Monitor content tool usage and identify opportunities to improve speed and efficiency with automation.
- Maintain a structured archive of past content to support repurposing and accelerate delivery of new assets.
- Apply consistent naming conventions and metadata tagging to uploaded content for easy search and reuse.
- Draft short-form summaries of new or updated AI use cases based on internal documentation or product input.
- Support event-related content by producing internal recaps, polishing slides, or creating follow-up summaries.
Project & Campaign Support
- Provide writing and editing support for initiatives such as the AI Activate series, internal campaigns, and product or program launches.
- Coordinate with design, comms, and product teams to deliver assigned campaign content.
Editorial Consistency
- Uphold IFS brand tone, editorial style, and formatting guidelines.
- Provide proofreading and formatting support to colleagues across the AI Growth Unit as needed.
Success Measures (KPIs)
- Deliver 10–15 content assets per month across formats.
- Maintain 100% editorial calendar delivery accuracy for assigned work.
- Update AI SharePoint site at least weekly; upload new materials within 48 hours of release.
- Maintain prompt library and update relevant templates quarterly.
- Support content for 100% of AI Activate sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2+ years' experience in a content creation, copywriting, or editorial support role.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and simplify complex ideas.
- Familiarity with SharePoint or CMS tools.
- Experience with prompt engineering or AI content tools is a plus.
- Comfort working with templates, slideware, and structured content formats.

- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
- Collaborative, with a willingness to take feedback and iterate.
- Organised and efficient, with good judgment about when to escalate.
- Curious and proactive in learning about the AI narrative and broader business context.
