Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team in Colombo, Sri Lanka. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining highly scalable and reliable systems that support our organization's critical infrastructure.
- Design and implement Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) configurations, policies, and integrations to support enterprise mobility and device management strategies.
- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) environments, including software deployment and asset management.
- Manage and maintain a large fleet of Windows 11 workstations, macOS, iOS and Android ensuring they are secure, up-to-date, and running optimally.
- Develop and enforce compliance policies, application deployments, and conditional access configurations.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline operations and reduce manual interventions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, guidelines, and knowledge base articles.
- Act as the escalation point for complex Intune-related technical incidents. Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with security team to align Intune solutions with organizational compliance requirements and configure device encryption, endpoint security, and other security features. Understanding of Zero Trust security principles.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the SRE practice
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in managing Windows workstations in an enterprise environment.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, including configuration, Autopilot deployment, and monitoring of desktops.
- Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), including software deployment and asset management.
- Good knowledge in device security and windows firewall.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Experience in automations using scripting languages such as PowerShell, is a plus.
- Relevant job related certifications such as; Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate. Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
