We recruit, credential, coordinate, schedule and deliver quality reports on these medical services throughout the United States. IMX Medical Management Services recruits only highly qualified Board-Certified Physicians for Medical Evaluations and Medical Record Reviews, and Physical and Occupational Therapists for Functional Capacity Evaluations.

Job Description

Core duties of this coordinator position include:

Electronic medical record receiving and management.

IMX/Client portal interaction and document retrieval.

Medical record check in and prep tracking.

Review files in progress.

Review cases, identify errors, document in template. 

QA completed files.

Import records.

Qualifications

This position requires strong general computer skills and a solid foundation in the Microsoft Office suite as well as Adobe Acrobat.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professional attitude.

Able to work in a fast paced environment.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
