Job Description
Are you an electrical engineer with experience in In-Circuit Testing who thrives on delivering top-notch quality and making an impact?
The Components Division of Miller Electric, an ITW Company, is seeking an experienced ICT Test Engineer to be a driving force as we continue to strengthen our In-Circuit Testing capabilities. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our In-Circuit tests operate at maximum efficiency, delivering top-quality production boards. Travel to Appleton location 1 day per week minimum. Flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week.
What you will Do and Impact:
In-Circuit Testing (ICT) Process:
- Ownership of the In-Circuit Testing process including new developments.
- Sustaining of existing solutions.
- Operation processes for ICT to meet quality standards.
Test Solution Development and Maintenance:
- Develop and sustain test solutions for Keysight 3070 platforms.
- Develop and sustain test solutions for Teradyne GR28xx platform.
- Ensure ICT solutions meet quality standards and test coverage expectations.
- Manage ICT Design for Test (DFT) reviews, quotes, and new developments.
Supplier Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with test platform and fixture suppliers.
- Engage with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) on ICT developments, transfers, and launches.
Fixture, Platform, and Program Maintenance:
- Ensure fixtures, platforms, and programs are maintained.
- Development and maintenance of library models for both test platforms.
- Production support and implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)/Deviations/production issues.
Project Participation and Leadership:
- Collaborate with design engineering teams concerning DFT and test strategy.
- Participate in project meetings and handle assigned action items.
- Provide leadership and assistance within the department to test and layout, including full cycle development through deployment.
- Involvement in new equipment investment planning (CAPEX).
- Train and mentor ICT technicians and operators.

- Minimal travel to vendors a few times per year.
- Primarily on-site position with opportunities for remote work flexibility based on business need.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship now and in the future.
Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years related experience in programing in either Teradyne or Keysight In-Circuit Testing environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with flying probe preferred.
