Job Description
- Monthly P&L actual review and working with SSC for month end. This will include:
- Ensure costs are recorded correctly.
- Compliance in accordance with Group guidelines and timely release of accruals, if any.
- Maintaining original copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary of payable records are filed correctly and efficiently
- Provide additional analysis and reconciling of general ledger accounts as required
- Build necessary financial / management reports from appropriate systems for review and analysis purpose
- Identify and timely report risks and opportunities for the business and cost management
- Update commentary highlights concisely, anticipating potential questions and address them in advance with supporting analysis as appropriate
- Provide Business Partner support to event team
- Provide support in submission of timely, accurate and commercially focused Budget, Forecast and 3-Year Planning in line with agreed templates and timetables
- Ad hoc queries / requests from various stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business finance or other relevant experience in an MNC environment preferred
- English: Strong fluency in both verbal communication and writing
- Accountable and willing to accept responsibilities.
- Well-organized and good prioritization
- Growth mindset and ability to adapt to a changing environment. Passion to learn and grow
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive and results oriented.
- Comfort dealing with Business partner/ colleagues.
